Gecimed has acquired the Grand Pré clinic from ORPEA, with this facility located in the Clermont-Ferrand urban area (Auvergne, France), at the heart of a five-hectare park.
This psychiatric clinic, focused on caring for the elderly and patients with Alzheimer’s, offers a capacity for 144 beds over 7,500 sq m, with 100 psychiatry beds, 20 outpatient clinic places and 24 long-term care unit beds.
This operation, which is combined with a 12-year closed lease, is similar to that carried out in December 2006 with ORPEA on the Plancoët clinic. The investment represents a total of 10.9 million euros.
ORPEA is one of the leading players on the dependency care market in France.
